Weekly Bulletin 每周报告 24th May 2020
Dear brothers and sisters, God's grace is indeed sufficient for us! Each day is a new day in the Lord and we can always count on Him to carry us through our ups and downs. Continue to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding, acknowledge him in every part of your life. As Singapore exits the circuit breaker period on 2nd of June, let us continue to be thankful for the progress and continue to practice caution to prevent the resurgence of COVID-19 in our community.
亲爱的弟兄姐妹，神的恩典的确够我们用！在主里的每一天都是新的，我们能够依靠他度过生命中的每一个起伏。一心仰赖我们的神，不靠自己的聪明，在你生命的每一个部分都承认祂。愿主祝福大家！感恩新加坡将在6月2日开始部分松绑阻断措施。请弟兄姐妹们继续保持卫生警惕，以免病毒在我们社区中重复。

上周的线上直播崇拜有约95个点，估计有190位参与线上崇拜，加 上3位（包括牧者与服事人员）出席教会现场的崇拜。
For last week’s service, there were an estimate of 190 online viewers (from 95 viewing points) and 3 attendees (inclusive of pastors and those who served) at church.
董明汉牧师因着个人的原因，于5月1日向教会提出辞呈。总理事主席、执事理事主席连同黄牧师与董牧师沟通后，最终接纳董牧师的辞呈。董牧师将于 6月30日结束他在本会的服事。衷心感谢董牧师过去6年多给予教会与弟兄姐妹的教诲与关爱，愿神赐福他前面的服事。
Due to personal reasons, Rev Paul Tong has tendered his resignation on 1st May 2020. After communicating with Rev Tong, our General Council Chairman, Deacon Council Chairman and Rev Ng accepted his resignation. Rev Tong will end his service in ECF on 30th June. We are thankful for Rev Tong for the past 6 years of ministry in ECF, teaching and caring for our members. May our Lord bless his ministry ahead.
牧者与执事们将于明天晚上8点，透过视讯Zoom有一个“脑力激荡”的分享祷告会。除了分享与交流大家对教会未来发展的构思，更是让同工们一同心来到主面前，为教会守望、祷告，寻求神的引领的时候！请同工们准时上线。
Our pastors and deacons will be having a brainstorming and prayer session tomorrow evening, 8 pm via Zoom conferencing. Besides sharing and interacting on the church’s future development, it is also a time for us to be united before God, praying and seeking God’s direction for our church. Please be punctual for the online meeting.

The Pastors Planning Retreat will be held on 25th to 26th June. Besides ministries planning for the 2021, we will explore and understand the opportunities for media ministry. Recently, a few Bible Colleges are providing free online modules in English and Chinese. If you are interested, please ask your pastors for more information. Let us take this opportunity to equip ourselves and prepare to better serve God in the near future.
Prayer Pointers 祷告事项
让我们继续同心记念受到2019冠状病毒疫情的国家、人民与教会：
至5月21日，全世界共有4,904,413人确诊；新加坡有29,812个确诊。请继续为着世界各国能更好的控制疫情的扩散祷告。
继续在祷告中记念新加坡的疫情。由于社区的感染已经受到控制。因此政府将按照 原定计划，于6月2日开始部分松绑阻断措施。求主赐予抗疫小组智慧，更好的处理 整个松绑的进程
为着客工的检疫过程顺利，并能够更好的安顿他们在安全的住宿祷告。也求主医治 那些已经确诊的客工，好让他们能够早日康复。
为着在世界各地的医药研究员祷告。求主赐予他们智慧，早日找到对抗2019冠状病毒的药方。

Let us continue to remember the countries, people, and churches affected by the Covid-19.
As of 21st May, the global Covid-19 cases are 4,904,413; Singapore with 29,812. Please continue to pray for the different countries to manage the situation of the virus.
Let us pray for Singapore. The community spread is contained; therefore, our government will lift the circuit breaker progressively from 2nd June. Pray for wisdom for our pandemic task force to better manage the whole process.Pray for the Covid testing of the foreign workers to be smooth and to better settle them in safer accommodation. Also ask the Lord to heal the confirmed foreign workers so that they can recover soon.
Ask the Lord to give the different countries medical researchers wisdom to come out with the Covid-19 vaccines.

Sister Wong Chay Ling will be going for her revision knee operation on 28/5/20. Please pray for smooth operation.
Sister Fan Xin’s heart surgery was successfully completed and has returned home to recuperate. Please pray!
