REV ANDREW XU | Senior Pastor
许燕杰牧师 | 主任牧师
Reverend Andrew Xu is ECF Holy Word’s homegrown pastor. He joined the church as a child and responded to the Lord’s call to ministry during his university days. In 2015, Reverend Andrew committed to full-time ministry and joined the pastoral team as a bi-vocational pastor, taking care of the youth ministry with his beloved wife, Evon. In June 2022, Rev Andrew re-joined the pastoral team full-time and took up a bigger role in pastoral care. On the 31st of Dec 2023, Rev Andrew took over as Senior Pastor from Rev Ng. His heart is for the nations, and his stomach is reserved for his favourite durians when in season.

REV NG ENG KENG

Reverend Ng Eng Keng was the senior pastor of ECF Holy Word until he recently passed the baton to Rev Andrew in Dec 2023. Since graduation, Reverend Ng served for 9 years at the Chinese Christian Mission where he was mainly involved in youth ministry work. Reverend Ng was ordained in 1999 and joined ECF Holy Word as a youth pastor in October of the same year. It was also at ECF Holy Word that Reverend Ng met his wife, Jean Ong, whom he married in 2001. A music lover, Reverend Ng plays a variety of musical instruments such as guitar and kalimba, and is inclined to whistle wherever he goes!
