Dear brothers and sisters, God's grace is indeed sufficient for us! Each day is a new day in the Lord and we can always count on Him to carry us through our ups and downs. Continue to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding, acknowledge him in every part of your life. I'll also take this opportunity to wish all parents in ECF a Happy Parent's Day! I pray that you will be healthy both physically and spiritually! God bless!

上周的线上直播崇拜有约96个点，估计有190位参与线上崇拜，加 上4位（包括牧者与服事人员）出席教会现场的崇拜。
For last week’s service, there were an estimate of 190 online viewers (from 95 viewing points) and 4 attendees (inclusive of pastors and those who served) at church.

Recently, a few Bible Colleges are providing free online modules in English and Chinese. If you are interested, please ask your pastors for more information. Let us take this opportunity to equip ourselves and prepare to better serve God in the near future.
Prayer Pointers 祷告事项
让我们继续同心记念受到2019冠状病毒疫情的国家、人民与教会：
至5月8日，全世界共有3,670,499人确诊；新加坡有20,939个确诊。请继续为着世界各国能更好的控制疫情的扩散祷告。
继续在祷告中记念新加坡的疫情。虽然确诊人数有下降，但每一天都还有几百位的新确诊患者。除了为客工宿舍患者祷告，也求主让社区中不会有新的感染群。
为着在世界各地的医药研究员祷告。求主赐予他们智慧，早日找到对抗2019 冠状病毒的药方。
已经有好些国家正在计划重新启动经济并放宽疫情的管制令。求主赐予这些国家的领导者智慧来安排与处理，好让疫情不会有重返的机会。

郭秀娟姐妹脑部积水（位于双眼上方）的手术已经于上周一顺利完成。目前仍在医院留意接受观察。请在祷告中记念！
王爱裘传道年迈的母亲，最近身体不是很好，请弟兄姐妹在祷告中记念。
陈敬钦弟兄因为脚的关节软骨磨损，造成他行动不便，且常会疼痛难眠。请在祷告中记念！
Let us continue to remember the countries, people, and churches affected by the Covid-19.
As of 8th May, the global Covid-19 cases are 3,670,499; Singapore with 20,939. Please continue to pray for the different countries to manage the situation of the virus.
Let us pray for Singapore. Although there is a deceased in the number of confirmed cases, there are hundreds of new cases daily. Besides praying for the infected foreign workers, ask the Lord to prevent new clusters in the community.
Ask the Lord to give the different countries medical researchers wisdom to come out with the Covid-19 vaccines.
There are many countries planning to restart the economy and lift up some restrictions of the lockdown. We ask the Lord to grant wisdom to the leaders of these countries to prevent the pandemic from returning.
Congregation prayer concerns:
Sister Quek Sew Kiang’s went for her operation last Monday to remove the fluid from her brain. She is now under observation in the hospital. Please remember her in prayer.
Please also remember Pastor Lydia Wong’s aged mother who is not feeling well.
Due to the worn out of the
cartilage, Brother Tan Keng Khim has trouble moving and not able to sleep because of the pain. Please remember him in prayer.
