Phase 1: Safe Reopening 解封期第一阶段

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

As the daily number of new community cases has declined significantly and the dormitory situation has stabilized, Singapore is on track to end the Circuit Breaker on 1 June 2020. Many of you have been asking if our church will resume more services and activities from 2nd June onwards and I would update you on what you can be expecting.

The risk of a resurgence in community transmission remains high, so Singapore must be cautious as circuit breaker measures progressively lift over three phases. Safe Re-opening is the first of these phases, a gradual re-opening of some activities. It will be implemented on 2 June 2020.

Unfortunately, all mass gatherings including religious services are still suspended in the first phase of re-opening. Which also means:

1.      Physical church gatherings will still be suspended until further notice.
2.      Our Sunday service and prayer meetings will continue as a live stream or pre-recording online.
3.      Our fellowship and small group gatherings will continue online.

While we still cannot come back to church immediately, the re-opening measures signals that we are nearing the day we can all worship in church together again if Singapore is able to keep the virus under control. I urge all of us to maintain vigilant during this period.

Our leaders are in touch with the authorities making sure we are in compliance with the re-opening regulation and will keep our members updated accordingly. During this period, our leaders and pastors will continue to be available to you should you have any questions and concerns.

I ask of your unceasing prayers for the afflicted as we witness the economic fallout from the virus, and may we continue to witness Christ to our communities during this pandemic.

亲爱的弟兄姐妹，

因着每日社区感染病例的大幅度下降和客工宿舍局势稳定，我国将在6月1结束冠病阻断期，进入解封的第一阶段。有许多会友询问教会是否会在6月1日后恢复实体崇拜。因此，我想在此与大家分享教会的安排。

由于社区传播的风险仍然很高，所以新加坡必须谨慎的逐步分三个阶段进入解封期。6月2日开始的第一阶段，主要是重启低风险的经济活动，学生也将分批回校上课。在第一阶段里，所有的群众集会，包括宗教活动仍然暂停。

1.     实体教会崇拜与活动将仍然暂停，直到进一步的通知。
2.     我们主日崇拜和祷告会将继续以线上直播或预录的方式进行。
3.     团契和小组将继续在线上进行。

虽然我们仍然无法立即回到教会崇拜，但进入解封的第一阶段也表示如果疫情继续的保持稳定，我们相聚的日子也越来越近了。鼓励弟兄姐妹在这期间继续保持个人卫生和警惕。

教会领袖和牧者都在与政府有关部门保持紧密的联系，以确保教会遵守解封期的规定。若有任何的进展，我们将会第一时间通知大家。如果你们有任何问题或疑虑，可以联络我们的领袖和牧者。

除了病患以外，我们也目睹了此疫情所带来的经济影响。让我们同心的付上祷告的代价，并在疫情期间，继续为主作美好的见证！
