Having Jesus in My Life 有耶稣在我生命中

“And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.”
I’d like to start off by asking: is it possible to go through life without Jesus? The answer is, yes! Among our friends, relatives and colleagues, there are many who went through life without Jesus. Yet a life with the presence of Jesus is markedly different from one without.
The one with Jesus in his life has Him as his guide and has purpose in his life. That is because Jesus is the origin of truth, goodness, and beauty, therefore those who follow Him will follow in His good ways. As Jesus is the source of love (John 13:34), we too desire pure love and know how to love, be it our neighbour, our brothers and sisters in Christ, ourselves, and even more so, our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is also our Creator, who knows us more than we can ever do ourselves. When we face challenges, troubles, or loneliness, we can depend on Him. Not only will He point us in the right direction, but He will also journey with us through difficult moments. He has also promised us an abundant and purposeful life (John 10:10). And more importantly, He promised us precious eternal life when we leave this earth. (John 5:24).
All these wonderful things I mentioned above can happen only when we have Jesus in our lives. God’s miraculous guidance can hardly be explained by words but need to be experienced by oneself. And only when you have accepted Christ and have Him in your life, can you fully comprehend. Just as 1 John 5:11-12 says, “And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.”
I give thanks to God that I came to know Jesus during my schooldays, believed in Him and accepted Him as my personal saviour, such that because I have Him in my life, I gained eternal life.

“这见证就是神已经把永远的生命赐给我们，这生命是在他儿子里面的。凡有神儿子的，就有生命；没有神儿子的，就没有生命。”
首先，我要先问一个问题：生命中没有耶稣，可以吗？答案是可以！在我们周围的朋友、亲戚、同事当中有许多人生命里没有耶稣，也过了他们的一生。但是没有耶稣和有耶稣的生命是截然不同的。
一个生命里有耶稣的人，耶稣会成为他生命的引导者，让他的人生有目标。因为耶稣是真善美的源头，所以跟随祂的人也会朝着耶稣的真善美方向前进。耶稣是爱的源头（约翰福音13:34)，所以我们也会响往有纯净的爱，并懂得爱人、爱邻舍、爱弟兄姐妹、爱自己、更是爱我们的耶稣。耶稣也是创造我们的主，他比我们更了解我们自己。当我们生命中遇到困难、波折、孤单时，我们可以信靠祂，他不单会指引我们一条路走，也会陪伴并与我们同行。祂也应许赐我们今生有丰富并过有义意的人生(约翰福音10:10)。更重要的是当我们离开这世界，祂应许赐给我们宝贵的永生。(约翰福音5:24)
以上的这许多奇妙的事件，都是生命里有耶稣才会发生。神这些奇妙的引导，是很难用言语来解释，而是需要你自己亲身的去体验。也只有当你接受耶稣，生命里有耶稣才能够明白。就如约翰一书5:11-12所说：「这见证就是神已经把永远的生命赐给我们，这生命是在他儿子里面的。凡有神儿子的，就有生命；没有神儿子的，就没有生命。」
感谢主，我在学生时代就认识耶稣、相信祂并接受祂成为我个人救主，以至于我因有耶稣在我生命里，就拥有永恒的生命！
