We want to welcome all our guests, brothers and sisters for joining our Sunday service. Our vision is to be a “disciple-making church among our communities” and there are 3 missions “Discipleship, Community, Missions”. We invite you to join us as we progress toward this goal. We hope that ECF Holy Word will be the place to nurture your spiritual growth!
Today, there will be ten brothers and sisters baptising and membership transfer at 11.30 am. The baptismal candidates are Brother Tan Wen Chen, Brother Zachary Ibrahim, Brother Malcolm Liew Jia En, Sister Ng Geak Inn, and Sister Kok Yuling. Membership transfer candidates are Brother Yang Lee Fook, Sister Mao Yiling, Sister Teng Kee Nieng, Sister Eileen Seah, and Sister Angeline Chua. Brothers and sisters are invited to return to the Service Hall on time to witness God's grace together!
The church will hold a combined Year-End Thanksgiving Service on December 31(Sunday). The handover of the Senior Pastor baton and the installation of the new term General Council and Deacon Council members will also be held on that day. This is a day of celebration and thanksgiving, let us come together to Him and offer our thanksgiving to the Lord who loves us!
The church will be carolling in the Joo Seng community on the night of Christmas Eve today. All brothers and sisters who are participating please be in church at 6 pm (please have dinner beforehand). We will leave at 7.30 pm sharp after practice and grouping. We encourage participants to wear “Christmasy” coloured clothes.
Do you want to experience what is a silent retreat? Spend your New Year Eve in deep fellowship with God and consecrate your 2024 to the Lord! 31/Dec/23 (Sun) 4.45 pm to 10 pm in church, simple dinner provided. Register with your cell group leader if you are interested in joining in.
This coming Wednesday's Elderly Bible Study will be a Year End Thanksgiving Fellowship at 10 am. Please join us!
Prayer Request
Today is Christmas Eve, the night of Jesus' birth and the beginning of His coming to earth to deliver salvation to the world. May the true peace from God be delivered to every corner of the world and every person through Jesus Christ!

⑴ Please continue to remember Brother Tan How Boon in your prayers. He is recovering well and started walking exercise a few days ago. Pray for the Lord's healing power to continue to be manifested in him!
⑵ Let us continue to keep Brother Wong Teh Kok, Brother Tan Keng Khim, Brother Chong Mook Sang, Brother Steven Lim Heok Theu, Sister Koh Wee Ching and Sister Chong Ah Moi in prayer.
