Announcements
We want to welcome all our guests, brothers and sisters for joining our Sunday service. Our vision is to be a “disciple-making church among our communities” and there are 3 missions “Discipleship, Community, Missions”. We invite you to join us as we progress toward this goal. We hope that ECF Holy Word will be the place to nurture your spiritual growth!
Our church has scheduled 4 lessons of Old Testament overview course in Chinese in May which will be taught by Dr Cynthia Chang. This course will be held on Saturday mornings May 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 10am to 1130am via Zoom. Please sign up through your cell group from today onwards!
Deacon Council meeting will be held at 2pm today at Quartz. Co-workers please attend on time.
Our church has rented a new space at Quartz Industrial Building to facilitate more in-person gatherings as safe management regulations loosens. Members are encouraged to use our new space for private study or to work from church. You may walk-in anytime on weekdays from 9am to 5pm. There is no need for registration. We will gradually open up the space on weekends too. Stay tuned for the update. For church leaders wanting to book any of the rooms for cell/fellowship/ministry events, you can do so by registering with sister Siew Cheng our church manager. We encourage all to utilize the new space for any church events.

April’s leadership trainings are scheduled as follows: Rev Ng’s class on 21 Apr, Ps Andrew's class on 21 Apr and Sister Kathleen's class on 25 Apr. Training will be conducted via Zoom. Please take note!
We have elderly Bible study on this coming Wednesday at 10a.m. Please be on time!
Prayer Pointers
Please continue to pray for the arrangement and use of our newly rented location (Quartz Industrial Building). Currently, Sister Siew Cheng and Sister Kathleen are working there. We will continue to arrange for more gatherings and meetings to be held there. We are also planning to move the children's Sunday school there at end of May. Please pray for the whole arrangement and brothers and sisters’ adaption to the place!
Let us continue to keep, Brother Tan Keng Khim, Brother Goh Wee Shin, Sister Sam Kwai Leng and Sister Tan Num Kew in prayer.
