The Help From God 来自神的帮助

”God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”Psalm 46:1
Christians, like anyone else, have challenges and needs. The difference is, that when we face troubles, we have help from God in 3 different ways:
1. “Refuge”
A “refuge” is a place where people can hide from danger and recuperate from injuries. When disaster strikes a place, refugees will need to flee their land to a refuge centre. God is a refuge for Christians- a safe and stable space. When faced with troubles and weariness, this is where we can rest.
2. “Strength”
God is our ‘strength’. As He is the creator of all things, all things are created by Him and for Him, and He is the source of ‘strength’. The difficulties we face in life, whether big or small, are ‘small cases’ in the sight of God. So long as we come before Him in faith to ask for strength, we will receive it.
3. “Ever-Present Help”
God is our ever-present help. When we have a need, we may come before Him anytime and seek His help through prayers. “Ever-present” also implies that He is the God who is ever ready to help us.
Dear brothers and sisters, God has never promised that whoever believes in Him shall have a smooth-sailing and trouble-free life, but He did indeed promise to become our refuge, strength, and ever-present help in need.

「神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时都可得到的帮助。」诗四十六:1
基督徒与世人一样，都有自己的困难与需要。不同的是，当我们面对问题时，有以下三方面来自神的帮助：
⑴“避难所”
“避难所”是一个能让人躲避危险与疗伤的地方。当一个地方发生灾难，灾民就需要离开自己的家园，来到“避难”中心。神是基督徒的“避难所”，那是一个安全又稳妥的地方。当我们遇到困难，或是身心灵疲惫的时候，这个地方就成为我们的栖息之所。
⑵“力量”
神是我们的“力量”。因祂是那位创造万有者，一切因祂而有，祂也是一切“能力”的源头。我们生活中的大小事情，对祂而言只是一桩小事。我们只要以信心的来到祂的跟前，向他支取“力量”，就必能“重新得力”。
⑶“随时的帮助”
神是我们“随时”的帮助。当我们有需要，随时都可以来到神的面前，藉着祷告寻求祂的帮助。“随时”也表明祂是那位无时无刻，预备给予我们帮助的神。
亲爱的弟兄姐妹，神不曾应许我们，信靠祂的人生活会一帆风顺、没有困难。但祂确实应许成为我们的“避难所”、“力量”与患难时“随时的帮助”。
