We want to welcome all our guests, brothers and sisters for joining our Sunday service. Our vision is to be a “disciple-making church among our communities” and there are 3 missions “Discipleship, Community, Missions”. We invite you to join us as we progress toward this goal. We hope that ECF Holy Word will be the place to nurture your spiritual growth!
From last Monday onwards (14 Feb), eligible individuals who had received 2 doses of mRNA primary vaccination or 3 doses of Sinovac-CoronaVac or Sinopharm vaccines and yet to make their booster dose appointments within 270 days (after the last vaccination), these individuals will no longer be considered as fully vaccinated. Without the fully vaccinated status, you will not be able to enter safety measures managed by shopping malls, restaurants, and churches. Therefore from this Sunday onwards, only individuals who had completed booster dose will be able to attend physical worship services, appreciate your understanding.
Due to Lunar New Year, the February leaders' and leaders' meetings will be rescheduled as follow: Rev Ng and Pastor Andrew’s class to 24 Feb and Sister Kathleen’s class to 28 Feb! Co-workers please take note and also be reminded that the classes will be conducted via Zoom.
Our church has scheduled Easter Sunday (17 Apr) as our year 2022 first baptism and transfer of membership ceremony. Brothers and sisters who have been attending our church regularly for at least 1 year are welcome to sign up with your group leader or Pastor.
Due to the recent increase and instability of the epidemic, Bible Study on Wednesday will be postponed until the epidemic has stabilized!
Prayer Pointers
Our church leaders together with Church Manager sister Oh Siew Cheng will be progressively compiling our church documents. This will help in the passing on and continuation of ministries’ work. Please pray that our co-workers will find and adopt the most suitable method in organizing these.
According to the Ministry of Health, 18,545 new local confirmed cases were reported on 17 Feb and 1,472 patients are still hospitalized due to COVID-19, 32 patients are in intensive care units. Please remember them in your prayers.

Let us continue to pray for Rev Ruth Ho. Message from Rev Koh as follow:
“Rev Ruth has started a 24hr morphine drip from Monday onwards as the previous painkiller could no longer relieve her pain. Pray that God will give her strength, grace, and receive her home soon so that she will be free from physical and spiritual pain.”
Let us continue to keep Brother Goh Wee Shin, Brother Tan Keng Khim, Sister Sam Kwai Leng and Sister Tan Num Kew in prayer.
