We want to welcome all our guests, brothers, and sisters to join our Sunday service. Our vision is to be a “disciple-making church among our communities” and there are 3 missions “Discipleship, Community, Missions”. We invite you to join us as we progress toward this goal. We hope that ECF Holy Word will be the place to nurture your spiritual growth!
The church is launching our new self-learning platform for Christian Education today! Our first course is on the Epistle to the Colossians (English and Chinese), a 5 session course. We will guide you on accessing the platform via your cell groups. Do join us and learn the word of God together!
Brother Niam Xing Rong and Sister Esther Koh will marry on June 3(Saturday) at 10.30 am at the Hebron Bible Presbyterian Church (10 Choa Chu Kang St 52, S689284). The prospective couple invites brothers and sisters to attend their wedding. They are also arranging a bus from the church to take brothers and sisters who need it to and from the wedding! Please sign up with Sister Lily at the counter today if you want to take the bus.
The church is organising a mission trip to Chiangmai, Thailand from the 16th-23rd of September 2023. The main focus of the mission trip is to serve the children in the community through fun learning sessions and also visiting the local families. Those who are interested in the mission trip can indicate their interest with Rev Andrew.
This June 16-19 (Friday-Monday), the church will be holding a church retreat at the Grand Paragon Hotel in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. So far, 147 people have registered. The Committee requires some of your personal information for purchasing travel insurance, please provide it at the counter or through the QR code after Sunday Service. Also, please pay your fees to the Retreat Treasurer as soon as possible if you have not yet done so!
Prayer Pointers
A firm biblical foundation is fundamental for our Christian walk. The church utilises many platforms to equip our members such as our cell groups, elderly bible study, seminaries/para-church organisations, courses (online/physical), and of course the self-learning platform that we are launching this year. We pray that our church will have the heart and desire to learn and know God through His word so that we will be better equipped to help those seeking God around us!
