Announcements

We want to welcome all our guests, brothers and sisters for joining our Sunday service. Our vision is to be a “disciple-making church among our communities” and there are 3 missions “Discipleship, Community, Missions”. We invite you to join us as we progress toward this goal. We hope that ECF Holy Word will be the place to nurture your spiritual growth!

1. This coming Saturday is the wedding of Deacon Timothy Chen (youngest son of Sister Serena) and Sister Stephanie Ang. Due to venue limitation, they could not invite all brothers and sisters to attend the ceremony. On behalf of all the brothers and sisters in church, I would like to congratulate Deacon Timothy, and may God's grace fill them and may the family they will build be a blessing to all!

2. Our Church's Youth Ministry Joseph Pastoral zone will be holding Youth Alpha Camp in church from June 20-22 (Monday to Wednesday). Interested participants please approach Mentor Grace Gan or Mentor Ben Quek for more information. Alpha course will also be held in different pastoral zones starting in July, friends of all ages are welcome to attend. You may approach pastors or cell leaders for course details.

3. For the originally scheduled church leader’s training, as leaders need to work on their 2023 plans in the next two months, the content of this month’s meeting will be changed to discussion of next year's ministry plans. Please take note of this for your pastoral zone!

4. We have elderly Bible study on this coming Wednesday at 10a.m. Please be on time!

Prayer Pointers

1. Time flies and we are already half way through 2022. Please pray for church's ministry in the second half of the year. As the epidemic stabilizes, our church will gradually resume all physical gatherings and meeting. We hope that all brothers and sisters will return to the physical church gatherings!

2. Intercession for Congregation :

   Let us continue to keep Brother Tan Keng Khim, Sister Tan Num Kew and Sister Sam Kwai Leng in prayer.
