Announcements
We want to welcome all our guests, brothers, and sisters to join our Sunday service. Our vision is to be a “disciple-making church among our communities” and there are 3 missions “Discipleship, Community, Missions”. We invite you to join us as we progress toward this goal. We hope that ECF Holy Word will be the place to nurture your spiritual growth!
The church has scheduled an Easter community visit to the Bidadari community on Friday March 31 at 7pm. We hope to know our Bidadari neighbours better and also introduce our church to them. Please remember in your prayers!
Our church will change the Sunday Service on April 16 & 23 to Combined Services (9.30am). This is because the leaders need to hold a Town Hall and Extraordinary General Meeting(EGM) about the church location at 1130am on these two Sundays. Leaders who are having cell groups on these two Sundays at 1130am, please take note and make some adjustments to your cell group program!
This June 16-19 (Friday-Monday), the church will be holding a church retreat at the Grand Paragon Hotel in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Brothers and sisters can sign up from today onwards through your cell group or at the counter after the Sunday service. Fee details are listed on the registration form, kindly register one name per form. Forms can be submitted at the registration desk after worship (Fees to be paid later)! Alternatively, you can [sign up here!]
Our church Good Friday service will be held on Thursday April 6 at 8pm at #74. Please prepare your hearts to attend and remember the love and grace of the Lord Jesus crucified for the world!
Elderly bible study will be held on Wednesday at 10am. Please join us!
Prayer Pointers
Please remember in your prayers the Children Pastoral Zone of our church. Children's ministry is a key ministry of the church, as the growth of their spiritual lives will directly impact the future development of the church. Please pray for the physical and spiritual health of the teachers and ask the Lord to give them the power and wisdom to teach these children.
Let us continue to keep, Brother Chan Li Wen, Brother Tan Keng Khim, Sister Sam Kwai Leng and Sister Kamisah in prayer.
