  2. There is a Deacon Council meeting this coming Tuesday 16 Apr. Council leaders and pastors, please take note.

  3. Grapevine, a gospel music group by the visually impaired from Taiwan will be sharing hymns and testimonies of God’s love in the Chinese service on 28 Apr. The theme of their sharing is “Inspired by Love, Proclaiming the Love”, the speaker for the service will be Rev Ong Yee Meng. Invite your family and friends to join in!

  4. Our church’s elderly pastoral zone is organizing a day trip to Mersing (Malaysia) on the 9 May 2024 (Thursday). The fee for each person is $69. You can register for or find out more about the trip with Rev Ng. Registration ends today.

    5. We are having our combined Family Day service on 19 May! The service will be evangelistic and we will also be organising a luncheon with exciting family activities at Roland Restaurant after service. The registration fee for the event is $20 after the church subsidy. The actual cost of the event for each person is $50+, you can support the event through a free-will offering should your finances allow.

    6. Members who have signed up for the suicide prevention course by SOS are to report to #70 MPH on 20 Apr at 9.30 am.

    7. Our bible reading plan has progressed for 3 months! If you have been following, please get an encouragement gift from Rev Andrew!

    8. The elderly bible study will be held this Wednesday at 10 am. Rev Ng will lead the class on the book of Joshua – Living in Canaan.

Prayer Requests

  1. Let’s pray for our family day on 19 May. May the Lord guide us as we get to know each other’s family and friends in a deeper way through this event. May our hospitality leave a welcoming impression on all who come.

Congregation Prayer Concerns

  1. Let’s pray for the church’s rezoning appeal with URA. We have received a response from URA and the appeal application process begin soon. Pray that we will be able to find good help and lean tightly on God in this entire process. We will stay here to finish what God has called us to do in where He has placed us.

  2. Congregation prayer concerns:

    (1) Let us continue to keep Brother Lock Chee Peng, Brother Chong Mook Sang, Brother Tan Keng Khim, Brother Steven Lim Heok Theu, Brother Wong Teh Kok and Sister Koh Wee Ching in prayer.
