Announcements
We want to welcome all our guests, brothers and sisters for joining our Sunday service. Our vision is to be a “disciple-making church among our communities” and there are 3 missions “Discipleship, Community, Missions”. We invite you to join us as we progress toward this goal. We hope that ECF Holy Word will be the place to nurture your spiritual growth!
This coming Friday (June 17) is our Church Retreat. The time is from 10.30am to 2.30pm at Imperial Restaurant @ Four Points Hotel (382 Havelock Rd, Singapore 169629). Please take note of the following for all participants:
(1) For those who are taking the bus arranged by the church, please arrive at church at 9.30am
(2) If you are going to the venue by yourself, please arrive at Four Points Hotel at 10.15am.
(3) If you would like to purchase a parking ticket, please register with Sister Dorothy.
(4) Please pay the fee to Sister Dorothy via PayNow (Hp: 90908004) or pay on the day.
(5) For those who have registered and did not turn up for the event, $45 will be collected from you.
(6) For last-minute registration (if there are available seats), please register with Rev Ng or Sister Dorothy
May’s leadership trainings are scheduled as follows: Rev Ng’s class on 23 June, Ps Andrew's class on 28 June and Sister Kathleen's class will be delayed till July due to Youth Alpha Camp in June. Training will be conducted via Zoom. Please take note!
Our Church's Youth Ministry Joseph Pastoral zone will be holding Youth Alpha Camp in church from June 20-22 (Monday to Wednesday). Interested participants please approach Mentor Grace Gan or Mentor Ben Quek for more information.
Please note that we will take a break for this coming Wednesday Bible Study due to the Friday Church Retreat!
Prayer Pointers
Please remember in your prayers the half-day Church Retreat on this coming Friday. Pray that the whole gathering will go well and that our brothers and sisters will have good sharing and catch-up session through this fellowship. Pray for Rev Ng and Ps Andrew’s sharing on that day, that it would help brothers and sisters to have a better understanding of church’s future development.
