上周的线上直播崇拜有约69个点击，估计有138位参与线上崇拜，加上62位出席教会现场的崇拜。总出席人数约200位。
For last week’s service, there were an estimate of 138 online viewers (from 69 viewing points) and 62 attendees at church, a total of 200 worshipers.
李振群博士将于今早11.15am-12.15pm透过网络Zoom平台主讲一堂护教讲座，题目是：耶稣的历史“真确”性。Zoom的号码是4391090255(密码7777)，欢迎弟兄姐妹踊跃参与。那些要留在教会参与的弟兄姐妹，请于11点回到74号。
We will have Dr Christopher Lee’s apologetic lecture this morning at 11.15am to 12.15pm. The topic is “The Trueness of the history of Jesus”. The lecture will be conducted via zoom platform (ID: 4391090255, Password: 7777). We welcome brothers and sisters to actively participate in this webinar. Brothers and sisters who are staying back in church to attend the lecture, please be back at the Worship Hall 74 by 11am.

The church Alpha course will commence this week. It will be conducted in English and Chinese simultaneously but at separate locations. There are about 60 participants of which, 20 of them are new friends. We will break into 12 groups (9 English groups and 4 Chinese groups). It will be held in church and at homes of church members. Please continue to keep this Alpha course in prayers. For more details, please inquire from our pastors or Deacon Timothy Chen.
教会定于今年12月6日举行洗礼。由于疫情的关系，我们将于当天崇拜时间，以滴礼进行。弟兄姐妹若要在当天洗礼或转会，请通知牧者。
The church has scheduled to hold baptism on 6 Dec 2020. Due to COVID-19, the baptism ceremony will be performed during worship service and it will be done by the sprinkling of water. Brothers or sisters who wish to be baptized or transfer your church membership, please inform your respective pastors.
教会定于11月8日为宣教主日。中信宣教士刘成发牧师将是我们的讲员。除了主日讲道之外，教会也安排他在11.15am-12.15pm有一个讲座会（实体与网上同步进行)。这次宣教年会的主题是“虚拟宣教 Vs 实体宣教”。敬请预备心参与！
Church has set 8 Nov (Sun) as Mission Sunday and has invited Rev Low Seng Huat, a missionary from CCM to speak on the topic “Virtual missions vs Mission in person” during our worship service. He will continue to speak on the same topic at 11.15am to 12.15pm. This mission conference will be conducted both in church and virtually via zoom. Please prepare your hearts for the mission conference.
Prayer Pointers 祷告事项
让我们继续同心记念受到2019冠状病毒疫情的国家、人民与教会祷告：
至10月8日，全世界共有36,002,827人确诊；新加坡有57,849个确诊。由于日前有些国家的疫情有反弹的现象，请为着世界各国的防疫能更好的控制疫情的扩散祷告。
继续在祷告中记念新加坡的疫情。目前有1人住在加护病房；34位在普通病房及119位住在社区护理设施。
为着在世界各地的医药研究人员祷告。求主赐予他们智慧，早日找到对抗2019冠状病毒的疫苗。
为着以下肢体代祷
吴为新弟兄已经于上周二转到社区医院，在那里疗养并接受物理治疗。请继续在祷告中记念！
请在祷告中记念朱玛丽姐妹。她的癌症有恶化的现象，并已入住医院，接受治疗。
请记念身体软弱的肢体，他们是：陈敬钦弟兄、吴汉生弟兄与黄钜粦姐妹！
Let us continue to remember the countries, people and churches affected by the COVID-19.
As of 10th September, the global Covid-19 cases are 36,002,827; Singapore with 57,849. Please continue to pray for the different countries to manage the situation of the virus.
Let us continue to pray for Singapore. 1 in ICU, 34 in the general ward and 119 staying in the community care facilities.
Pray for the world’s medical researchers. May the Lord grant them wisdom to find a vaccine for the novel coronavirus soonest.
Congregation prayer concerns：
Brother Goh Wee Shin is transferred to a Community Hospital for treatment and recuperation. Please keep him in prayers.
Please remember Sister Mary Chee in prayer. Her cancer is worsening and has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
Let us continue to keep Brother Tan Keng Khim, Brother Goh Hun Sheng and Sister Wong Chay Ling in prayer.
