Welcome to ECF! We are a community of faithful disciples who journey together to worship God and to serve the communities we touch. If you are new among us, we welcome you to journey together as you make ECF Holy Word your family!
The Chinese Alpha is happening at 2 pm in #70 MPH this afternoon. If you have registered for the Alpha, please be there on time. There are 10 sessions for Alpha, let us also pray for the new friends joining us!
The Intentional Disciple Making Conference (IDMC) 2025 is happening on the 30th & 31st of Aug (Friday & Saturday). If you have registered for the conference, please take note to attend the conference on 30th Aug before 9 am in Singapore Expo Hall 1. See you all there!
Tithing is an act of faith and obedience that honors God and supports our church. As we give our tithes regularly, let’s trust in His provision and follow His command with joyful hearts.
The church will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25 Aug. The AGM will begin at 1.30 pm, members are reminded to reserve their time to attend!
The elderly bible study will be held this Wednesday at 10 am. This season, Rev Ng will lead us in learning God's word through bible reading and prayer, please be on time!
Prayer Requests
Let’s pray for the church’s rezoning application with URA. We are currently preparing the application package according to the authorities’ requirements. Pray that we will find favor with the authorities and lean tightly on God in this entire process. We will stay here to finish what God has called us to do in where He has placed us.
We thank God for a good churchwide planning session on Thursday. We pray that we will walk closely with Him as we obey His will in what we do.
Let’s continue to keep Sister Lee Fong Mei’s (Grace) chemotherapy treatment in prayer. We ask that God keep the side effects to the lowest and that she will have peace through the treatment season.
Congregation prayer concerns：
Let us continue to keep Brother Lock Chee Peng, Brother Goh Hun Sheng, Brother Chong Mook Sang, Brother Tan Keng Khim, Brother Wong Teh Kok and Sister Koh Wee Ching in prayer.
