This Thursday (7 Nov, 8pm), come join our church’s November combined prayer meeting in 74 worship hall. Let’s come together with prepared hearts to seek God in prayer!
This coming Sunday is our combined Missions Sunday and EGM. The schedule for the day will be as below.
09.30am: 差传主日联合崇拜 Missions Sunday Combined Service
11.00am: 基督使团事工分享Ambassadors for Christ Singapore Sharing (Chinese/中) & 分享亮光事工分享 Share a Light Sharing (English/英)
12.00pm: 特别会友大会 Extraordinary General Meeting
Sunday School Camp 2024: “You Are Special!”
Children ages 6-12 are invited for a fun-filled day with Bible stories, crafts, games, and a DIY sushi lunch! Join us on 6 Dec, Friday, 9am – 5pm at 74 Upper Aljunied Road. Free! For more info, contact teacher Estee or teacher Sze En.
Joseph Pastoral Zone will be holding our camp in church from 13 to 16 Dec (Friday to Monday). The theme is “Rekindle” and the fees are $30 (Students/Interns) and $50 (Working Adults/NS) respectively. For more information, please approach Sister Kelly or Brother Russell.
The Church is organising 2 Christmas evangelistic celebrations this year (one in English – 22 Dec, 7pm and the other in Chinese – 24 Dec, 7pm). The theme for this Christmas celebration is “Hope Beyond Reason”. It will be a time where we celebrate the Hope of Christmas through carols, fellowship, testimonies and the message of Christmas Hope. Prepare to invite your friends and family to join us in this Christmas event!
The elderly bible study will be held this Wednesday at 10am. This season, Rev Ng will lead us in learning God's word through bible reading and prayer, please be on time!
Prayer Requests
Let’s pray for the church’s rezoning application with URA. We are currently preparing for the application package according to the authorities’ requirements. Pray that we will find favor with the authorities and lean tightly on God in this entire process. We will stay here to finish what God has called us to do in where He has placed us.
Let us pray for our Christmas celebrations this year. We will be organizing two Christmas celebration evangelistic events this year. We pray for more new friends to join us to know the hope of Christmas in Christ.
Congregation prayer concerns:
(i) Let us continue to keep Sister Lee Fong Mei, Brother Lock Chee Peng, Brother Goh Hun Sheng, Brother Chong Mook Sang, Brother Tan Keng Khim, Brother Wong Teh Kok and Sister Koh Wee Ching in prayer.
