Announcements

We want to welcome all our guests, brothers and sisters for joining our Sunday service. Our vision is to be a “disciple-making church among our communities” and there are 3 missions “Discipleship, Community, Missions”. We invite you to join us as we progress toward this goal. We hope that ECF Holy Word will be the place to nurture your spiritual growth!

1. Hong Kong Evangelize China Fellowship(HK ECF) held a prayer and praise meeting for the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the church on last Monday to Friday. Rev Ng and Ps Andrew also recorded a video sharing the needs of our church, which was presented and prayed for us in their meetings. On behalf of ECF Holy Word (SG ECF), I would like to congratulate the Hong Kong Evangelize China Fellowship on its 75th anniversary: Gospel is preached widely and God is glorified!

2. July’s Alpha course for various pastoral zones/groups are as follow, please invite your friends:

   (1) Joseph Pastoral Zone (Grace Gan)

   -   Sec.4 to Polytechnic / Time: Saturday, 5pm-6.30pm / Venue: Quartz

   -   Pri. 6 to Sec. 1 / Time: Sunday, 9.30am-11am / Venue:70

   (2) Nehemiah Pastoral Zone (Timothy Chen)

   -   Time: Friday, 7pm-10pm / Venue: Quartz

   (3) Isaac Pastoral Zone

   -   Joshua Group / Time: Sunday, 11.15am-12.45pm / Venue: Quartz (Patrick Tay)

   -   Chan/Lee Group / Time: Friday, 9pm-10.15pm / Venue: Online & Physical (Chan Hiang             Chye/Kathleen Lee)

3. Church leaders are currently reviewing their ministries for 2021/2022 and planning for 2023. We have arranged to gather pastoral and ministry leaders on July 11 (9 am-4.30 pm) and July 30 (9 am-12 pm) to review and plan together. Please gather leaders of your pastoral zone and ministry as soon as possible to review and plan.

4. This coming Wednesday elderly bible study will be held at 10:00 am. Rev Ng will start a new theme on The Story of Creation, so be on time!

Prayer Pointers

1. Thank God for leading our church through the first half of 2022. Please pray for the second half of the year, especially for the 2023 ministry planning, Alpha courses, annual mission conference, community Christmas celebration, etc. Let us all co-work together to accomplish the mission and work God has entrusted to the church!

2. 为着以下肢体代祷 Congregation prayer concerns：

   1. Please remember in your prayers for Ps Andrew and Sister Evon who tested positive for Covid last Tuesday and Thursday respectively. Pray for their healing and speedy recovery!

   2. Let us continue to keep Brother Tan Keng Khim, Sister Tan Num Kew and Sister Sam Kwai Leng in prayer.
