Announcements 报告
上周的线上直播崇拜有约 68个点,估计有 136位参与线上崇拜,加上41 位出席教会现场的崇拜。总出席人数约 177位。
For last week’s service, there was an estimate of 136 online viewers (from 68 viewing points) and 41 attendees at church, a total of approximately 177 worshipers.
教会定于9月6日,1115am-1pm(包括午餐)的家庭主日,除了有温馨的节目与丰富的美食, 我们也安排以下两项特别活动,让大家参与:
“盛开的心”手工制作:藉此表达我们彼此灵里的合一与相爱!我们邀请您和您的家人与我们一起,共同创作一个大型的“彩花壁画”。每朵花代表我们对教会和社区的关爱。收集时间:2020年9月1日至30日。最终作品将于2020年11月展出。
“阖家蒙福”摄影比赛:获得最多点赞的五个作品将得到一份“大奖”!

Our church has scheduled 6 Sept, 11.15am to 1pm(include lunch) as the Church Family Day. We will not only have exciting programmes and reunion lunch, there will also be two special events for everyone to participate:
1. ECF Art Project - Blooming Hearts
Come in unity and grow in the spirit of love! We invite you and your family to join us in creating a large mural of flowers patchwork. Each flower represents our heart and love for the church and community. Collection period: 1 to 30 September 2020. The final art piece will be displayed period From November 2020.
2. ECF Family Day Photo Challenge
Top 5 entries with the most number of likes win a prize!
·Get creative and post your family photo with a short caption.
·Share a family moment you treasured amidst the pandemic.
·Follow ECF Holy Word Facebook page and Tag #ECFBlessedreunion.

教会将于10月16至12月18日,以中英同步,但分开举行启发课程。由于疫情的关系,我们将把参与者分成5人一组,于周五在不同的家或教会举行。欲知详情,请参阅布告栏的海报或向陈国彬执事询问。
The church will hold both English and Chinese Alpha course simultaneously but separately from 15 Oct to 18 Dec. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will form the participants into groups of 5 and hold them in different homes or in church on Fridays. For more details, please refer to the poster on the Bulletin Board or enquire from Deacon Timothy Chen.
Prayer Pointers 祷告事项
让我们继续同心记念受到2019冠状病毒疫情的国家、人民与教会祷告:
至8月20日,全世界共有22,213,869人确诊;新加坡有56,031个确诊。由于日前有些国家的疫情有反弹的现象,请为着世界各国的防疫能更好的控制疫情的扩散祷告。
继续在祷告中记念新加坡的疫情。新加坡的疫情有继续好转,目前已经没有人住在加护病房;87位在普通病房及3,107位住在社区护理设施。让我们继续为着客工的检疫与他们身心灵的康复祷告!
教会将会按照有关当局的安全指示,逐步的开放教会来进行更多的活动。请为着被委派负责教会安全措施的康豪执事祷告。求主赐予他智慧来处理整个安全事宜,好让弟兄姐妹能够安全的回到教会聚会!
为着在世界各地的医药研究人员祷告。求主赐予他们智慧,早日找到对抗2019冠状病毒的疫苗。

吴汉生弟兄上周四在医院做物理治疗时,手术部位仍然疼痛。医生已经为他做了扫描,并在等待扫描结果。请继续在祷告中记念!
陈德勲弟兄于上周五回医院复诊,经医生诊断后,暂时不需要做任何的手术。除非病情有复返,到时再考虑动手术。
请记念身体软弱的肢体,他们是: 陈敬钦弟兄、曾玉英姐妹、黄钜粦姐妹及朱玛丽姐妹!
Let us continue to remember the countries, people and churches affected by the COVID-19:
As of 20th August, the global COVID-19 cases are 22,213,869; Singapore with 56,031. Please continue to pray for the different countries to manage the situation of the virus.
Let us continue to pray for Singapore. The epidemic situation in Singapore has continued to improve, and no one is currently in the ICU, 87 in the general ward and 3,107 staying in the community care facilities. Let us continue to pray for COVID-19 testing of the foreign workers and their well being.
The church will gradually open for more activities and in accordance to the advisories on safe management measures issued by the relevant authorities. Please pray for Deacon Kang Hao who has been assigned to take charge of the church safe management system. May God grant him wisdom to handle the entire matter so that our brothers and sisters can return to church safely.
Pray for the world’s medical researchers. May the Lord grant them wisdom to find a vaccine for the novel corona-virus soonest.
Congregation prayer concerns:
Brother Goh Hun Sheng still feels painful on his operated hip when doing physiotherapy last Thursday. Doctor has done a scan for him and waiting for the result. Please continue to keep him in prayer!
Brother Amos Tan had seen the doctor last Friday and was advised that no surgery is needed at the moment. Should the problem recur, surgery will be considered.
Let us continue to keep Brother Tan Keng Khim, Sister Chen Yik Ying, Sister Wong Chay Ling and Sister Mary Chee in prayer.
